Ingredients of pizza yeast

2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon yeast, half cup milk, 1 tablespoon sugar, half teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoons oil, a little more lukewarm milk to soften yeast (if needed)

Capsicum of different colors (you can add any vegetable you want), 1 small onion, small pieces of cooked chicken or minced meat / sausage (it saves time), grated mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon dried oregano * a little pepper powder .


Ingredients for pizza sauce



2 ripe tomato paste (the top layer should be removed), 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, salt to taste, half teaspoon black pepper powder, half teaspoon red chilli powder, half teaspoon oregano, 2 tablespoons Spoon of oil, one and a half teaspoon of sugar



Method:



Yeast first. Heat the milk and mix it with sugar. Stir in the yeast to keep the fingers warm enough. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add flour. Heat the excess milk and use it in the yeast. The yeast needs to be very soft. Otherwise the pizza will be tough. Add salt. Make a round ball mixed with oil and cover in a large bowl for 2 hours. Leave the bowl in a warm place.

Now make the sauce. Serve with onion, garlic and grated tomatoes. Fry for a while and cover with all the ingredients except sugar and a little water. Squeeze the tomatoes with a spoon. Dry the water and actually take it down with sugar.



Cop capsicum and onion for topping


After 2 hours, the pizza yeast will swell. Divide the yeast into 5 parts by squeezing out the air by hand. Make small thick loaves with each portion by pulling by hand. Now spread tomato sauce on the bread. Spread the cheese. Sprinkle with capsicum, chicken pieces and onion pieces. Sprinkle a little more cheese on it and sprinkle with oregano and black pepper powder.

Bake in a preheated electric oven at 190-200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. When done, leave for 5 minutes to set the pizza.
